Two sides of Europe. One dream.

Driven by the values of generosity on which it was founded, in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in 1963, the Emile Garcin Immobilier group has always wished to serve as a link between the southern and northern shores of Europe: the warmth of the Mediterranean and the hospitality of the North Sea. It was therefore only natural that the group should open the Emile Garcin Belgium agency in 2014. Ever since, from the plains of Wallonia to the charming towns of Flanders, our network of partners have been working tirelessly to unearth gems in the Belgian heartland.

Emile Garcin never stopped transmitting his passion for beautiful homes and his sensitivity to his clients’ desires. It is this passion that drives our Brussels-based team of negotiators in their mission to uncover exceptional properties: real estate of genuine soul, with a charm beyond its monetary value.

An exceptional lifestyle in a historic yet modern capital

Adorned by the greenery of its many parks, Brussels is a global city with a rich history that offers an exceptional quality of life. From its Art Nouveau buildings to its neo-classical architecture, not to mention the renowned flea markets immortalised by Hergé, Brussels is an idyllic setting of urban and rural charm.

Ticked away in the elegant district of Ixelles, the Emile Garcin Brussels estate agency offers you the key to the charming Belgian capital and its direct links to Paris, London and Amsterdam. From a contemporary house with private grounds, to an immaculately renovated city mansion with south-facing reception rooms in Uccle, or a light-filled apartment on the tenth floor of a luxury building: these are just some examples of the exceptional properties that will delight even the most demanding of property lovers.

Our agency

For over 10 years, Emile Garcin has been welcoming lovers of charming property to its beautiful agency in the heart of Ixelles.

The Place Brugmann district is one of the most striking and sought-after areas of the Belgian capital, where leafy streets lined with urban mansions and magnificent Haussmann-style buildings create a calm, gentle setting conducive to the most agreeable of lifestyles. The welcoming atmosphere of this little slice of paradise serves an invitation to take a stroll and bask in the authentic charm of the surrounding streets.

The district is peppered with dazzling illustrations of the major aesthetic styles of the last two centuries, where renowned architects have given free rein to their creativity. From art nouveau to art deco, from Beaux-Arts to modernism, movements that successively beguiled Europe co-exist here in total harmony.

With its refined boutiques, cosy restaurants and magnificent terraces, imbued with the elegance of these different architectural influences, the district has become the destination of choice for a steady stream of French expatriates. Not for nothing has the Place Brugmann district become known as the "Saint-Germain-des-Prés of Brussels”.
